Magefesa Mageplus Stainless Steel 6.5 Quart Super Fast Pressure Cooker

Excellent Quality & Easy Operation
Hello,

I have used the old Presto rattle top pressure cooker and the American (Wisconsin Aluminum) pressure cooker for years. Both are aluminum and use the rattle top device on top of the pressure cooker to control pressure. I have researched pressure cookers for a while now and decided on the Magefesa Mageplus pressure cooker, I have the 8 and 4 liter pots. According to Cook's Illustrated the Rikon Kuhn and Fagor are the best. The German WMF Is right up there and the Presto stainless does well too. But after checking on the Magefesa I learned that Cooks Illustrated test used the Magefesa XL or Practika pressure cooker for testing. It did well but not as good as this one would have. This one is their top of the line pressure cooker. The XL or Practika is in the middle and uses a different type of pressure control. This Mageplus pressure cooker uses a similar pressure control to the Kuhn Rikon and WMF cookers. After using these I can not imagine a pressure cooker being any...

PC Concerns
I write this review with some reservation, as this is not a positive review, althouh this is a very nice pressure cooker.

I have an aging orphan jiggler type pressure cooker with an aging and unavailable gasket so I thought I would shop for a new one. This pressure cooker seemed to offer everything in a quality pressure cooker and at a reasonable price. Basically the quality of a Kuhn Rikon for much less.

As far as quality is concerned this pressure cooker will not disappoint. It is constructed of very good quality stainless steel and the "fit and finish" is excellent. Everything seems to be heavy duty from the encapsulated disk on the bottom to the plastic (?) handles on top. Even the stainless steel steaming basket is very nice quality. I did a test run with some water and it worked like a dream. I have no problems with my jiggler, but by comparison, using the jiggler is like driving a nice Chevy where this cooker was like driving a Lexus. More...

I LOVE THIS
I don't know anyone who's ever used a pressure cooker but anything that'll make me hot, cooked food fast is right up my alley. I felt guilty running the slow cooker for 20 HOURS just to make pork roast so looked around and found pressure cookers, then did the research and found this Magefesa one of the best. And it's Spanish too so I'm happy. It cooks artichokes in 5 mins! How cool is that? I don't get home from work until 11pm and one night I actually made beef stew (which I wanted badly) in 20 mins. and it only took that long because I kept forgetting to add things and had to keep cooling it down and then restarting the heat thing; it was delicious, stew meat was tender even. I made barbecued ribs this past weekend in about 15 mins. which include running them under the broiler to brown (so they sort of looked like they'd been done on a barbecue which we don't have). And it's stainless, my favorite stuff to cook in. Construction is perfect, vents and valves work beautifully...

WORST PRESSURE COOKER ON THE MARKET TODAY.
IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A PROBLOMATIC UNIT THIS WOULD BE MY FIRST CHOICE BOUGHT ONE AND AFTER 2 MONTHS OF LEAKING PRESSURE AND NON COOKED MEALS I GOT AN F4 ERROR CODE. IT WAS DONE. I CALLED THE LISTED MANUFACTURER THEY NEVER HEARD OF AN F4 ERROR CODE. ASKED HOW DO I FIX THEY HAD NO CLUE. AND INSTRUCTED ME TO RETURN TO SENDER HSC. FIGURED IT WAS JUST A FLUKE, ORDERED ONE FROM AMAZON, TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX, PREPARED IT FOR A MEAL, TURNED IT ON THE SAME F4 ERROR CODE. THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE SHOULD BE BE REPORTED TO CONSUMER REPORTS AND TAKEN OFF THE MARKET. IF YOU'RE GOING TO BUY AN ELECTRIC PRESSURE COOKER MAKE SURE YOU READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. I BOUGHT A NAME BRAND CUISENART AND AS THEY SAY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. STICK WITH THE BRAND NAMES.

Milton Zen 1.5 Liter Casserole

This is crap don't buy it.
THis one looks like a cheap plastic casserole. I doubt its original Milton brand. You can tell by looking at it that its fake, Also the seller says it keeps food warm for 4 hours but let me tell you it doesn't even keep the food warm for 10 minutes. I am really very disappointed with my purchase.

Poor plastic quality
I recently bought this and I found that plastic body (quality) is not very poor. It has sharp edges and you need to be a little careful when you open the lid and handle it. I got hurt 2 times. Not at all child friendly. Overall poor material quality

Serves the purpose
It does the job well but quality of plastic is not as good as used in Milton products in India.

Le Creuset Enameled Cast-Iron 15-3/4-by-10-3/4-Inch Rectangular Baking Dish, Flame

This is an Awesome Pan!
This is one of my very favorite pans! I don't usually write reviews of the products that I use. However, I think that Le Creuset products in general are great and that this pan in particular is useful. It is one of the only pans that I have ever found that will let me roast meat in the oven and then move directly onto the stovetop to make sauces and gravy from the drippings. It cooks very evenly and cleans up very well. I would highly recommend this product!

A great rectangular baker!
I got my first Le Creuset cookware in 1978. It was my college graduation week, & I was relaxing on the lawn reading the Sunday Boston Globe. I saw an ad for a Le Creuset starter set (French oven + 2 covered saucepans + skillet) for a very low price, so I decided to go for it since I was about to be out of the dorm living on my own. That purchase turned out to be one of my best investments ever, as I still use all the pieces today. I now have 3 French ovens, 5 covered saucepans, 3 skillets, 1 oval au gratin, 1 multi 2-in-1 pan with nonstick omelette cover, 1 cheese fondue set, & this rectangular baker, all in flame. These cast iron utensils are virtually indestructible, except for a few minor dings in the outer enamel. They cook very evenly, given the cast iron, making me a possibly better than average cook (they're one of my unfair advantages). My only problem with the cookware is the heavy weight, but that comes with the territory with cast iron utensils. I guess I'll have to...

Mauviel M'Heritage 1.2 mm 16-by-12-Inch Rectangular Roasting Pan with 8-1/2-Quart Capacity and Cast-Iron Handles

Mauviel M'Heritage "2.5 mm" roasting pan: know what you're actually getting
There's bad news and (sort of) good news on this item, the "Mauviel M'Heritage 2.5 mm 16-by-12 inch rectangular roasting pan." I purchased this through Amazon, and when the pan arrived, I could immediately tell there was a problem: not NEARLY heavy enough. My wife and I have a lot of older Mauviel professional cookware (2.5 mm), and it was clear that this wasn't the same stuff. I went to the trouble of measuring the pan thickness with a Starrett micrometer, and found it to be 1.15 mm, less than 1/2 the advertised thickness. Looking at the product number supplied with the pan (6509.41), and doing some research on the web , it turns out that this pan is from the Mauviel 150 series instead of the 250 series; that is, it should be more like 1.5 mm than 2.5 mm. Most vendors who sell it do so for about $400, which is reasonable; however the price I paid (thinking I was getting the thicker copper) was an unreasonable $509. I suspect that Amazon was misinformed on this one by their...

Emile Henry Flame Top 12-Inch Brazier Black

Bad quality control; don't buy from Amazon
It's clear from the condition of the Brazier that was shipped to me that Emile Henry has sloppy quality control. The cooking surface had obviously defective glazing, with small pebbles creating sharp bumps that will break off when cooking to expose the clay underneath.

This is the kind of thing you need to buy from a shop where you can check the quality before you leave the store. Now Amazon is telling me that I won't be able to get a replacement for a month. Great.

The price at Amazon is not discounted at all, so just go to Williams Sonoma or Sur La Table or another local dealer if you want Emile Henry cookware.

The Brazier itself it lighter than Le Creuset, which is a big advantage. And clay retains heat for very even cooking. It's a good idea with bad quality control.

Great cookware!
We bought this braiser about 9 years ago and have really enjoyed it. We never use it on the stove top over anything more than medium heat and have never had any issues with it. It cooks great. The best part is cleanup, though. It cleans very easily even after hours in the oven. It is strikingly beautiful and I highly recommend it

A steal at $50.00!
I got this from Amazon's warehouse for $50.00! What a steal! It's sturdy, durable; and I can't wait to braize in it! You can substitute this for a tagine. Food will come out well in either type of bakeware.

Fagor 7-Piece Cast Aluminum Cookware Set

Excellent Quality
What first caught my attention were the removable handles: my storage is tight; so this is a bonus. These pieces have a substantial, well-balanced feel. The very best feature is that they conduct heat so efficiently that for the very first time my stove was able to maintain a low simmer without either burning or losing the boil. I was able to make a brilliant cream sauce with stove and pot behaving brilliantly. Am very, very pleased!

Not best for induction
I really wanted this cookware to work on my induction cooktop. One could argue they do work, but not very well. I have other induction cookware so I conducted a test with one pint of water to see how long to bring to the boil. Result: all the pans take nearly 5 minutes to come to the boil whereas my stainless steel pans take about 2.3 minutes. So there is the dilemma. I like the pans, they are well made and have a very nice 'feel' and they may work very well on conventional cooktops. But they are supposed to be suitable for induction and people buy induction hobs for the speed not just to work. Reluctantly I think I will have to send them back and look elsewhere.

I wouldn't give it as a gift because it looks like a "second," but it is worth keeping, still; I will use it to hold fruit.

Circulon Elite Nonstick 12" Open French Skillet

Not induction compatible!!
I have to return this now because the phrase "18/10 stainless" only refers to the handle, not the whole pan. I have a full set of Circulon pans that work with our induction cooktop this one looks just like them. But this one apparently is aluminum (never mentioned in the product description) and it does not have the steel bottom needed for induction cooktops. For any other cooking method, this would be great. Circulon pans are great -- far easier to care for than All-Clad.

Nice addition
Start with this is a great product--cooks evenly and is truly nonstick and washable. I purchased this item to go along with set of 10. I also purchased the 12" frying pan with a top. Honestly, you do not need both since they are virtually the same pans. The slight slope of the side classifies the pan as a skillet and if the side is striaight, it is classified as a frying pan. If I had to do it over again, I would just buy the frying pan since it has a top whereas the skillet does not.

I purchased elite as opposed to infiniti even tho elite cannot go into the dishwasher and cannot be in the oven at a tempt above 400 to get the silicone handles (Note, you can put the tops in the dishwasher).

In addition to really wanting elite, one can make exceedingly good purchases--Circulon may be considering dropping the line for more jazzi colors like platnum etc. Amazon's price moves up and down so be sure to check the web like potsandpans.com

SO happy!
I have not had this item that long but as a initial thought, it is very well made!! I am a professional chef and i love it! The bottom has nice weight for even heating, the handle is sturdy.. I am really excited about my buy and i have cooked lots of great things thus far, no sticking or burning. Plus my 12" glass top fits perfect!

CorningWare French White 9-Inch-by-13-Inch Baking Dish

It's not pyroceramic Corningware; that's why it breaks!
The original "French White" Corningware was made of their famous pyroceramic glass, which could be used on the gas stove, put directly in the freezer, put under the broiler right from the freezer, and oh yes, also used in a microwave. And it was very unlikely to shatter if dropped. If you pounded on it with a hammer and nail you might have gotten it to break.

When World Kitchens bought the license from Corning, they decided to halt production of a line of cookware that would take anything and last forever, and dupe customers, especially brides, into thinking the stoneware "French White" was the same thing as the wonderful French White pyroceramic cookware previously available.

The pattern is attractive and can be used with any decor, but this stuff is not, repeat, really not, what people mean when they say "Corningware."

Le Creuset can do most of the above mentioned, but it being metal you cannot use it in the microwave. Stoneware cannot go on top of...

Carefree Kitchen Mini Silicone Bakeware Heart

soap mold
I used this product for a soap mold when making glycerine based soaps. The hearts are pretty big for a bar of soap, but when I got reviews on my soaps -- it seems that a lot of people like a big bar like this for soap, instead of little bars that pop out of your hands. Probably used the mold 24 times or so, with absolutely no problems with the mold releasing the soap. The mold promptly poppped back into shape also

Exactly What I Needed
First I will say I have not yet baked a cake in this small heart shaped silicone pan. Instructions suggest the pan be sprayed with non-stick oil first which I do, just a couple of squirts and then use my finger to spread it all around and into the corners. And here is what I do next - I love Bakers Unsweetened chocolate but the cubes are way too hard and thick to eat as is so I place one in this little pan, microwave for 30 seconds, spread the melted chocolate around and to the edges with the back of a spoon, lick spoon, then place the pan in the 'fridge or freezer for a bit to harden. The flexible pan allows me to break up the hardened chocolate into bite sized bits and I keep them in a sealed container in the 'fridge for snacking on. Even better is to add some roasted cacao nibs and toasted sesame seeds to the melted chocolate but that is so good I eat it all up too fast so I don't do it often. Sometimes I sprinkle a tiny amount of powdered peppermint extract on top of the...

I've only owned this set for 2 weeks and have used the pan for just about everything. The large surface area allows great dispursement of heat to quickly reduce liquids. The high sides make it easy to prepare large recipes without spilling when stirring. Performs like a large skillet and wok in one. Cleans up like a dream. Lovely free gift with purchase.

Awesome!! Buy it!!!
I was a little hesitant to try an item from the Calphalon One line given all the mixed reviews and complaints about food sticking and difficulties in cleaning the pans after use. I am so happy I followed my gut and ordered this item. The pan is AWESOME. I first used it to brown chicken breasts prior to using them in a crock-pot recipe. I followed all of the instructions provided by Calphalon (letting the meat sit out for a few minutes to come to room temperature, using a fat, not turning the heat on too high, etc.) and the results were fantastic. The chicken cooked much more quickly and evenly than it would have in my normal, cheap cookware. After I was done, the pan was definitely messy, with a brown scorched looking bottom. I just used a little bit of dish soap and a regular sponge and it cleaned up instantly. I am definitely going to purchase additional items from this line.

In regards to the other items in the set...I love the little pot holder. It is much easier than...

Good Pan
I just bought it and tested it by frying eggs and bacon. I preheated it and used blue bonnet. It heated up quickly and the cleanup was a breeze compared to my rangeware ,hellware, stainless steel. It allowed me to use my higher temp setting on my jenn air. I think I will enjoy cooking again. Next test pork chops. Buy it.

Farberware Chroma 12 Piece Set, Black

Not suitable for glass/ceramic cooktops.
I ordered the black version of this Chroma cookware set with a bonus griddle, opened it up, leafed through the manual, and then found that apparently the sets striking ceramic exterior that complements every kitchen had really better complement new kitchens with glass or ceramic flat cooktops, because it is unsuitable for those cooktops in that there is a high risk of its becoming permanently fused to them if accidently overheated, placed too warm on a cold cooktop, or possible visa/versa. So if you have a gas stove, or an electric stove with coils, you are ok, but if you have one of the popular new stovetops where the burners are part of the same flat surface, you cannot use this cookware. Unfortunately, this is not part of the current product description. The manufacturer would not help me even though I feel this is more of their fault. They have some tiny icons on the side of the box indicating what stovetops the cookware does work with, but not what stovetops it does not. Amazon...

Great starter set
This is my first set of cookware as I've moved into my first apartment. The pots and pans are just the right size for 3-4 person dinners. It's made of great material and I have enjoyed the product thus far.

Beautiful, but smaller than I thought....
I love this set! I purchased it in red and it is a very nice shade, not bright red. I use them on my burnerless stove and have no problems, but I don't cook on super-high heat, either. They are very easy to clean, and the manufacturer doesn't recommend using cooking spray because it is simply NOT needed. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because the pan sizes are much smaller than I expected, and three of them are similar in size. Otherwise, a great buy and a very well-made set of cookware!

I haven't used the set in the oven yet but I absolutely love it. The only thing is that i now have to wash the cookware by hand but it has been so easy to clean that I don't mind not using my dishwasher. I love that the small sauce pan has a pour spout on each side of it and it also has holes on the lid so that you can drain without having to dirty a colander. It come with two very large frying pans. One is deep and since children come over with their families to eat I need the deep and large size. I haven't needed to use my electric skillet since. I love the pot being more narrow and tall so that it fits much better on the burner and cooks more evenly. It is very durable and you don't have to worry if one the kids use a metal spoon in it instead of the plastic spoons. I still use the plastic spoons...

great cookware set
we've had this set for 4 years now, and it's been great. I was a bit apprehensive about getting a celebrity/TV brand, but it's been the best cookware set i've owned. We've used all of the pans quite thoroughly and never had any problems. The non-stick coating is starting to scratch, but that happens with all non-stick cookware eventually, and we really didn't make the effort to make it last. We cooked on some of the pans daily on a gas stove, and they've all been through the dishwasher with no problems. the handles are sturdy and stay cool to the touch, the lids fit securely. I particularly like the 11.5inch/5-qt. covered sauteuse pan, used for everything from fried green tomatoes to butter chicken. the small skillet is great for eggs, and the small sauce pan is great for making rice and pasta as the lid has holes on the sides for venting or draining. overall great cookware set, totally worth it for what you pay.

Appolia French Ceramic Oval 6 Quart Flame Top Casserole Dish

Perfect
Perfect large size for feeding a big crowd soups, stews, brisket. Cooks stove-top or in oven very well. Cleans up very too.

Compare to Emile Henry Flame Top Cookware
I have a lot of Emile Henry Flame Top cookware, but thought I would check the Appolia out when I found this online at a GREAT price. I bought one and after it arrived I immediately bought two more to gift.

I love this large size! It will hold a moderate size turkey.

This Appolia casserole has both the look and feel of the Emile Henry large casserole dishes. I expect it will perform the same as well. I have not cooked in this pot yet, but I will update after I do.

With Emile Henry Flame Top cookware, always start on low heat and then increase the temperature slowly. I imagine that would be a good rule of thumb with this dish as well.

Depending on how high your lowest burner setting is, it may be wise to use a flame tamer/heat diffuser. This would reduce the liklihood of burning and will distribute the heat evenly on the bottom of the pot.

The pot I received had two very tiny flaws in the glaze. Not a deal breaker because...

Does the job
I have used it for tagines a handful of times and it does the job. My only disappointment is that the bottom always burns no matter how low I let it cook.
The first one came with a cracked lid. They sent a replacement.

I am not very happy with this product. It is not very sturdy and doesn't sit flat on a flattop stove.

Not very scratch resistant
The griddle is nice, sturdy, and heats evenly. However, it got some scratch on my very first use, from the stove top! I guess you have to careful, else it gets very scratched very quickly.

Winco PTP-32C Tumbler

Great value, great glasses
would buy again Glasses are sturdy and the size I wanted. I would say if you are looking for this type you can't go wrong.

8 oz red acrylic tumbler
Like the color red, but the 8 oz size is too small. You would have to fill it to the brim to get 8 oz. That leads to spills. I have stopped using them. I do like the color and looks of this tumbler.

8 oz. glasses not really that size
Pretty much says it in the title. I ordered the red 8 oz tumblers, as I have a few worn out 8 oz plastic cups at home and wanted to replace them. These are very nice little cups and a great price, only problem being that they do not hold 8 oz ( which is even written on the bottoms). I knew they were tiny when I saw them, so I got out my measuring cup and checked. Eight ounces ran over the rim of the cup. If you filled the cup to where you would for drinking, they are actually 6 oz cups. Perhaps since they are used by restaurants, they overstate the amount. I ended up ordering the 12 oz cups hoping that they will be more like the size I actually wanted. I really have no use for these tiny cups, but it is just too much trouble to run to the post office and return them for such a small amount of money.

American Kitchen Tri-Ply Stainless-Steel 8-Quart Covered Stockpot

American Kitchen Tri-Ply is Great
I purchased this 8 quart Tri-ply as a complement to my 10 piece Tri-Ply set. Frequently I need 2 large pots to cook the same meal for example Angel Hair pasta with Beef Marinara. I use one for the pasta and the other to prepare the sauce. I love this cookware. Browning ground meat in the stock pot is no problem. Beautiful fond is formed when the meat is fried on medium high heat and deglazing the pot is a breeze. This stock pot cleans up well too. The pot performs well it heats very evenly. The price of this pot is just one of its pluses. Comparable tri-ply pots by All Clad cost substantially more money.
American Kitchen has developed a very good product line that is moderately priced. An added bonus is that American Kitchen Cookware is manufactured right here in the USA and comes with a 25 year warranty. My family is doing everything that we can to buy American made goods to help our fellow Americans keep their jobs. Try the American Kitchen cookware you won't be...

Perfect for Induction Cooking
American made stockpot is perfect to use with an Electric Induction Range. The great heat-distribution that would apply to all gas and electric ranges as well. Easy to clean and maintains it appearance with simple applications. Comparable to other cookware costing much more.

Sturdy - nice even cooking
This is such a great stock pot. It was very important to me to find a pot made in the USA and it was nice to find a different company besides AllClad. The tri ply is really nice to have and helps prevent burning. The pot is solid and easy to clean. I would highly recommend.

All Clad Stainless Steel 2-1/2-Quart Windsor Pan with Lid

perfect liquid reduction tool
I thought that I do not need this pan, until I bought it, that is. The physics behind liquid reduction is simple, surface and volume should be in the same proportion.

This pan makes cooking much more fun. I haven't tried it instead of of the wok yet, but it looks promising.

Berndes Milestone 11-Inch Square Grill Pan

Amazon offered this grill pan at a wonderful price.
I searched for years for a grill pan that would function as a stove top broiler, leaving grill marks on meat and fish. They were available for all range tops, but mine, which has a smooth glass top. I needed an absolutely flat bottomed grill pan. The Berndes Milestone is exactly as I would have designed a pan for my needs. It has the broiler-like ribs in the interior, but a flat bottom for the stove top. The pan is no lightweight, coming in at 4.5 lbs on my digital scale. Even though it has a non-stick interior, I think it cleans up best if a light brushing of oil is applied before grilling. I've pan broiled everything from filet mignon, salmon, hot dogs, to Jaccard meat tenderized chuck strips and everything has cooked exactly as I desired.

Does Not Produce Good Sear Marks
I have several Berndes pans that function wonderfully. However, the Berndes grill pan is not one of them. The problem is you cannot get an aluminum pan hot enough to produce good sear marks. Try as I might - I can only produce barely visible grill marks on a variety of foods with the Berndes grill pan. In contrast, my cast iron LeCreuset grill pan produces beautiful dark sear marks every time on the same burner on my stovetop. Additionally, the handle on my Berndes grill pan came loose after every use. The pan is not well made nor does it function well. Save your money and buy a cast iron grill pan.

Horrible Quality and Customer Service
This pan arrived with a defect and I contacted customer support (unfortunately, I did not use the pan within the Amazon return period).

After several unanswered emails to the customer service email address at the Berndes site, I contacted them by phone and they said they would send a part that I was to use to repair the pan. Bad enough that it wasn't immediately replaced, but I never received the part.

Most people expect higher-end cookware with a "lifetime guarantee" to have decent customer service, or some semblance thereof, but none exists here.

My first and last Berndes purchase was a complete waste of time and money.

Berndes 10-1/4-Inch Square Glass Lid

hard to find cover
This is a wonderfully made cover, it does not fit my square pan, exactly, but it appears to be the only square cover, out there, that is sold separately,

glass lid
This glass lid, for Berndes 10-1/4 inch square frying pan works well, but, is made of glass.

Berndes EcoFit Pearl Ceramic Coated Cast Aluminum 10-Piece Cookware Set

Unclear product data
Not good for induction cook top. Returned product. Manufactures web site lead you to believe that their product was good for induction cook top.

Fabulous cookware
After reading a review of a Berndes skillet in the New York Times I asked for one for Christmas. I have since purchased two more different sizes. The rest of my cookware is AllClad, which is wonderful, but these skillets replace all the non-stick ones I had. The ceramic coating comes without the health concerns that teflon and other non-stick coatings may have. Clean-up is easy, no soaking or scrubbing necessary. There's also no staining of the beautiful white ceramic coating. I am purchasing a set as a wedding gift for a couple who loves to cook and I look forward to their response. Winco Melon Baller with Wood Handle -- 1 each.

Decent melon baller
Decent product. Looks nice, feels good to use. The only problem I have had is that balling a mildly softened butter bent the tool quite easily. I realize though that it's a melon baller, but I have had some stiff melons, too. I worry, but no breakage so far with extended use in the professional kitchen.

All-Clad Stainless 12-1/2-Inch Dome Cover

Pricey but better than the flat lid
This lid fits classic All-Clad 12 inch skillets perfectly (not sure if it fits the newer, cheaper French skillet). I have both the Nonstick D5 and Stainless version which came with flat lids. The flat lid works but the domed lid gives your food extra room so it doesn't get smashed and allows condensation to move toward the edge of the pan. Dishwashes perfectly. I only wish that it came with the pans from the get-go.

Perfit Fit
I purchased this lid for my All Clad Copper Core Chef's pan. Lid fits perfectly. When I called All Clad about purchasing a lid for this pan, they told me it was available on Amazon.
