For the gals get together its a rich lobster bisque salad and homemade rolls.
For the holidays soup always kicks off a family and friend open house. So, whats better than soup that is hot at any time your company arrives? This chafer may be called a commercial chafer but i am not feeding the masses just friends and family. I love the fact that it doubles as a turine and a chafeer all in one that does not cook the soup or ruin the texture of the savory ingredients.
