Cooking is my passion, however due to financial restraints, I've never purchased REAL, QUALITY cookware in the past.
I sprung for this set 2 weeks ago. Now I regret waiting so long for what is really a very good price for the best!
Other reviews cover the excellent non-stick surfaces. Nothing sticks to these pans!
One thing I didn't read is that these tools do NOT need alot of heat to create perfect dishes.
Here's my tip...
1) Use a lower heat than you're used to
2) Take an extra minute or 2 in the cooking process
3) The end result will be a perfectly cooked product.
You won't be disappointed.
