Mini Cocotte
I purchased two of these little cookers to use in the toaster oven and they work great. Thanks to
the cast iron the food cooks evenly and has a
wonderful texture and flavor. Everything I cook
seems to taste better when cooked in these. Also, I like to leave these out as they are nice to
look at on a shelf or counter top. They are easy to clean and are coated so there is minimal care.
