I have been thinking about purchasing this cookware for a while because I think it is a bit pricey but I trust Brandes quality. Anyway, I order the set from Amazon for my birthday with such anticipation. My excitement was turned into a disappointment, when I unwrapped the product and saw the holes and black scratches on the cookware. On one of the tempered glass lids, the connection to the ream was broken and I have pictures to proof it.
It is quite aggravating because I cannot return the products as I am overseas on assignment and will be here for a while. I chose not to pay excessive shipping cost back to the USA to return the product. It is quite reasonable for me to expect to receive a brand new, undamaged product. I fulfilled my responsibility the minute I paid the asking price and the shipping fee.
