All Clad Stainless Steel 2-1/2-Quart Windsor Pan with Lid

perfect liquid reduction tool
I thought that I do not need this pan, until I bought it, that is. The physics behind liquid reduction is simple, surface and volume should be in the same proportion.

This pan makes cooking much more fun. I haven't tried it instead of of the wok yet, but it looks promising.

All-Clad Stainless 12-1/2-Inch Dome Cover

Pricey but better than the flat lid
This lid fits classic All-Clad 12 inch skillets perfectly (not sure if it fits the newer, cheaper French skillet). I have both the Nonstick D5 and Stainless version which came with flat lids. The flat lid works but the domed lid gives your food extra room so it doesn't get smashed and allows condensation to move toward the edge of the pan. Dishwashes perfectly. I only wish that it came with the pans from the get-go.

Perfit Fit
I purchased this lid for my All Clad Copper Core Chef's pan. Lid fits perfectly. When I called All Clad about purchasing a lid for this pan, they told me it was available on Amazon.

All-Clad LTD2 8-Quart Stock Pot

THE LTD "STOCK POT" IS REALLY AN 8 QUART SAUCE POT (An excellent all-round large pot)
I have two short-handled LTD pots like this; a four quart size and this eight quart size. My All-clad sauce pans are in stainless for everyday use on the stovetop where long handles are more convenient. In larger pots, what are the advantages of the All-Clad LTD line, and this size and shape of LTD "Stock Pot?"

1. THICK GAUGE: The LTD, being thicker gauge than the stainless line, absorbs and conducts heat faster and more evenly to better eliminate hot spots, especially when cooking or simmering larger quantities of food. As a result you have less problems with food sticking to the bottom of the interior, as well as a more even use of heat, so that all the food cooks at the same time for perfect results.

2. THE BLACK COLOR IS IDEAL: The black anodized surface absorbs heat faster and more evenly than a reflective stainless surface. Food heats up faster, and is more fuel efficient.

3. THE SAUCE POT SHAPE IS A SAUCE PAN SHAPE: In French cooking, the...

just get the best and be done
This is the best you can get and anything less will have some flaw. It won't wear out, so buy one while you are young and use it frequently!

Great Product, Excellent All-Clad quality, perfect size for large pots of soup or stew!

All-Clad LTD2 5.5-Quart Dutch Oven

my new douch oven
the pot worked out great, and im very happy with it,cooked few new dinners ,and they came out great, cant ask for much more.

Wonderful product!
Is there ever anything bad you can say about An All Clad procuct? Not about the product, but about the All Clad Company. Due to a severe defect the product had to be replaced. They took forever (6 months), to supply the shipper. My phone conversations with the All Clad customer service produced no results on their promises and they were less than friendly. The shipper make multiple tries also to get the product shipped. I will say that it is a wonderful addition to my kitchen.

All-Clad Master Chef 2 14 Piece Cookware Set

Great cookware set
I have been through many a cookware set in my time and I have fallen in love with this set. Great clean ability from the handsome brushed aluminum exterior to the mirror stainless interior. They truly clean up with soap, water and a nylon pad. Even heating is evident as you put some EVOO in a pan and saute onions that brown evenly from the center to the outside of the pan each onion is cooking at the same rate. They are light weight and rival, if not exceed some of the best European brand cookware. Best of all they are USA made and have a lifetime warranty. One small note is the lids are not made in the US (made in China) but fit well and clean as good. I give this set my highest recommendation.

Best work with the best tools
Working out and cooking is how I get to relax. The Master Chef 2 series is my favorite cookware, and I have Le Cruset, and other All Clad pieces. I can use high heat and everything gets cooked evenly. I handwash with soap and water, and Bartender's friend to keep them clean. I've always believed that you get the best results with the best tools.

Stupid?
Set looks good and it is light weight set. Easy to use. I have not been able to make a omelet that it wont stick on the pan. Steaks sticks too. No matter how much I use butter. The stove is leveled and have tried various temperatures. Brand name could be allstick. I do not know what I should do next. Tips?
