Fagor 7-Piece Cast Aluminum Cookware Set

Excellent Quality
What first caught my attention were the removable handles: my storage is tight; so this is a bonus. These pieces have a substantial, well-balanced feel. The very best feature is that they conduct heat so efficiently that for the very first time my stove was able to maintain a low simmer without either burning or losing the boil. I was able to make a brilliant cream sauce with stove and pot behaving brilliantly. Am very, very pleased!

Not best for induction
I really wanted this cookware to work on my induction cooktop. One could argue they do work, but not very well. I have other induction cookware so I conducted a test with one pint of water to see how long to bring to the boil. Result: all the pans take nearly 5 minutes to come to the boil whereas my stainless steel pans take about 2.3 minutes. So there is the dilemma. I like the pans, they are well made and have a very nice 'feel' and they may work very well on conventional cooktops. But they are supposed to be suitable for induction and people buy induction hobs for the speed not just to work. Reluctantly I think I will have to send them back and look elsewhere.

Cuisinart CSS-11MR Chef's Classic Stainless Color Series 11-Piece Set - Red - 2013 Model

Quality Cookware!
We were looking to replace current cookware in a rental condo we have in Florida, but wanted an upgrade...preferably in stainless steel... This set is stainless steel with a red enamel exterior. It is attractive, dishwasher safe and very easy to clean. This Cuisinart CSS-11MR feels substantial and is certainly a quality product. We love the steamer insert which is great for vegetables and/or shellfish.

Farberware Chroma 12 Piece Set, Black

Not suitable for glass/ceramic cooktops.
I ordered the black version of this Chroma cookware set with a bonus griddle, opened it up, leafed through the manual, and then found that apparently the sets striking ceramic exterior that complements every kitchen had really better complement new kitchens with glass or ceramic flat cooktops, because it is unsuitable for those cooktops in that there is a high risk of its becoming permanently fused to them if accidently overheated, placed too warm on a cold cooktop, or possible visa/versa. So if you have a gas stove, or an electric stove with coils, you are ok, but if you have one of the popular new stovetops where the burners are part of the same flat surface, you cannot use this cookware. Unfortunately, this is not part of the current product description. The manufacturer would not help me even though I feel this is more of their fault. They have some tiny icons on the side of the box indicating what stovetops the cookware does work with, but not what stovetops it does not. Amazon...

Great starter set
This is my first set of cookware as I've moved into my first apartment. The pots and pans are just the right size for 3-4 person dinners. It's made of great material and I have enjoyed the product thus far.

Beautiful, but smaller than I thought....
I love this set! I purchased it in red and it is a very nice shade, not bright red. I use them on my burnerless stove and have no problems, but I don't cook on super-high heat, either. They are very easy to clean, and the manufacturer doesn't recommend using cooking spray because it is simply NOT needed. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because the pan sizes are much smaller than I expected, and three of them are similar in size. Otherwise, a great buy and a very well-made set of cookware!

FOOD NETWORK 11-PC HARD-ANODIZED NONSTICK COOKWARE SET

Luv this set!
My daughter and son in law bought this for me since my Pampered chef set was not holding up very well. I have used this for the past 3 weeks and it is easy to cook with and to clean up in. I haven't used the set in the oven yet but I absolutely love it. The only thing is that i now have to wash the cookware by hand but it has been so easy to clean that I don't mind not using my dishwasher. I love that the small sauce pan has a pour spout on each side of it and it also has holes on the lid so that you can drain without having to dirty a colander. It come with two very large frying pans. One is deep and since children come over with their families to eat I need the deep and large size. I haven't needed to use my electric skillet since. I love the pot being more narrow and tall so that it fits much better on the burner and cooks more evenly. It is very durable and you don't have to worry if one the kids use a metal spoon in it instead of the plastic spoons. I still use the plastic spoons...

great cookware set
we've had this set for 4 years now, and it's been great. I was a bit apprehensive about getting a celebrity/TV brand, but it's been the best cookware set i've owned. We've used all of the pans quite thoroughly and never had any problems. The non-stick coating is starting to scratch, but that happens with all non-stick cookware eventually, and we really didn't make the effort to make it last. We cooked on some of the pans daily on a gas stove, and they've all been through the dishwasher with no problems. the handles are sturdy and stay cool to the touch, the lids fit securely. I particularly like the 11.5inch/5-qt. covered sauteuse pan, used for everything from fried green tomatoes to butter chicken. the small skillet is great for eggs, and the small sauce pan is great for making rice and pasta as the lid has holes on the sides for venting or draining. overall great cookware set, totally worth it for what you pay.

Best Cookware Set We've Ever Owned!
We recently bought this set over the Rachel Ray set and absolutely love it. I agree that they are easy to clean, and they evenly distribute heat for more even cooking. I also have not yet used them in the oven, but I can't wait to try.

WearEver C948S564 Cook and Strain Stainless Steel Dishwasher Safe 5-Piece Entree Cookware Set, Silver

Love these!
I was on the hunt for just a deep frying pan, when I stumbled across this for less than the cost of just the frying pan alone! What a steal! The pot is 3 quarts, frying pan is 12", and the deep frying pan is 3.3 quart, about 10"; which the lid for the pot fits as well. To have the built in strainer on the lid is such a convenience! It's so easy and less to clean! I have yet to use these specifically but I already have a 5 quart pot and love it. Both pans are non stick, while the pot is all stainless steel. If your looking for something similar, don't pass this up!

Beware about "Dishwasher Safe"
Beautiful set. Cooks very evenly and looks great doing it. The strainer tops are neat and the price was very reasonable.......THEN after two months of use I put the large skillet in the dishwasher, HUGE mistake..... The shinny stainless finish was gone. Looks like it has scalded milk on the surface. Tried Bar Keepers Friend and it didn't make any difference. Will probably recycle this 2 month old skillet. Wearever instructions says dishwasher safe but it may affect finish, should say do not put in dishwasher as it WILL ruin the finish. Of course they don't warranty the finish. Very disappointed will not buy this brand again and will continue to hand wash.

Like the cook ware, sauce pan lit handle gets very hot.
Well packed and arrived quickly. Like the cook ware, food cooks nicely. Sauce pan lid handle gets very hot. If not careful, can really burn yourself. Thought I would be able to pick up lid without using a pot holder.

Symphony 8-pc. Cookware Set

Not going to warp
Epoca and Ecolution are one in the same. If you look around, some searches refer to this as just Epoca Symphony Cookware set.

I wanted these pans because they are PFOA free. I looked into the new ceramic coatings that are PFOA free but time and time again people complain the food sticks.

I went to the Ecolution website and read that the pans come in 4 grades. Most of the pans at Amazon are the Artistry grade. The bottoms are aluminum and you risk warping. The Symphony grade is their top of the line and the bottom is stainless steel. It works with induction, gas, ceramic, etc. and the stainless steel isn't going to warp.

The non stick coating on these pans is fabulous. I made egg whites and spinach this morning without any oil/butter and I can't believe how nothing stuck! I'm thrilled with this set! Now I need to get a bigger fry pan like the 11 inch which unfortunately is sold separately.

Wolfgang Puck 4.1qt 4pc Light Cast Iron Portable Gift Set

Works great!
I purchase this item at BJ's for $39.99. I like the fact this is a light weight cast iron pot, looks esthetically pleasing and matches my expensive French cookware. The pot works great for roasting chicken or making stir fry. I am a big fan of Wolfgang Pucks and he always has great products that last a lifetime. I like this pot so much I am going to purchase a couple more for gifts.

WearEver C963SC64 Modern Living Forged Nonstick Dishwasher Safe 12-Piece Cookware Set, Black

Great Set for the Price
Takes getting used to the bent utinsils, but the product is great for the price. The vents in the lids are a nice feature.
