This was an inexpensive wok to begin with, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised that after about 10 uses the finish is wearing off. I use plastic utensils - maybe wooden ones would preserve the finish longer. The 12" diameter is fine, but it needs to be a couple inches deeper.
good for fried rice
i love this thing, Its just what i needed for my kitchen. I love makinf fried rice now. If i had a chinese chef i would have him teach me everything he knows just so i could use this more.
