great cookware!
I have used scanpan for years. It is the best of all the other cookware I have for
soups, gumbo, and browning a roast than placing it in oven for roasting.
The best brand ever.
I am not crazy about cooking and really need the best of the best "utensils" to succeed - all my Scanpans make me sign and enjoy cooking. What more is there to say. (Am desperately searching for their "ebleskiver/dumpling pan" as well, as have heard they have one). Fantastic, everlasting value for money.
