A real one-man-band of a dish!
What a useful little dish this is! It is the perfect size to hold a large meal for one, or two small meals. I can make a frittata in this and have half for dinner and half for lunch the next day.
The beauty of the Microstoven range is that the pieces can be used on the stove, in the oven, in the microwave, or even in the freezer, as long as the temperatures aren't too high. Fry your vegetables on the gas ring right in the dish, pour in egg and cheese, and put the dish into the oven to finish cooking. Then reheat any leftovers in the microwave the next day, still in the same dish. I bake cakes in mine too. It is completely non-stick, very easy to clean (I wash dishes by hand) and very quick to cool down after cooking.
This piece was purchased as a "trial" of the Microstoven range but I will certainly be buying more based on this experiment.
